These 60 minute classes are led by a coach who will both educate and motivate you. Our program delivers proven results and will challenge athletes at any and all skill levels. More importantly, every workout is and can be tailored to the needs and fitness level of the athlete.
Sport Performance Elite/Power Bandits
Elevate your team’s performance with our sports training program. Our experienced trainers will create a program to train for the specific demands of your sport. Gain the speed, strength, agility, and explosiveness you need to give your team the competitive edge.
Personal AND Small Group Training
Receive coaching and programming tailored to you and your needs. Each session is individually tailored to your goals and fitness level. This is a great option for those who want a more private setting, a specific goal, or for those who would like to begin here before joining group classes. Small group maybe a group of 2-4 friends that have a very similar goal and would like to workout together.
Kids CrossFit/FireBreathers
We help youth athletes have a fun yet challenging experience to help them enjoy movement and training. This program will focus on games and physical skills that will have your kid wanting to come back!
Nutrition Coaching
